House Construction Plans Progressing

Things are ticking along at the new piece of property! We are planning to begin soon to build the first six houses soon; three by the gate and three by the school. The drainage pipes will all most likely be laid before the rains begin in June. They are all lined up and ready to be buried. There is still no road into the property other than gravel. But this is serving its purpose for now and we look forward to eventually paving.

We hope to pland new trees sometime in June. We have mapped out where we think we would like them to go. Some other things we are working on now is getting the fencing completed around the water supply and getting a gate with a lock so that our stock of fish will stay there!



The football pitch will also soon be finished as well as the BBQ area. We would still love to have a mason or masons come out and make our fencing attractive, so if you know of anyone that would be willing to give of themselves in this way, please let us know. The fence is about 6/10 of a mile around, no small task!
